Dune, Westward Ho! - 12/09/2022

A beautiful sunny day today as we headed out to our favourite spot on the pebble ridge. We started with our sketchbooks today and using watercolour. Everyone stayed using that but I wanted to still do my Plein air painting for the day so I enjoyed a bit of time in my sketchbook to begin with and then allowed that freedom to flow into the painting. It is so hard to hold back from over finishing the work! Some of you might feel that it doesn’t look finished and others of you are thinking finally she’s not overworking it!!
