Layby - Rusty Boats, Tarka Trail - 15/04/2022

We’ve been thinking about this location for a while. It is just next to a lay-by. The boats are lived in I think and a work in progress. They are wonderful colours and the driftwood that surrounds them is such an interesting contrast to the boats themselves. I really enjoyed painting the water at high tide and wonder if just because the boasts were there, did I need to paint one! It was quite cold too.
