Just as I was leaving to go to Tapeley to teach the en plein air class I spotted I’d had a delivery from Jackson's Art of DANIEL SMITH: Artists' Materials. I had ordered a Quinacridone Gold, Carbazole Violet and Sap Green. I have had such a good time playing with these colours today and pushing what I could do with a limited palette.  I just added lemon yellow and Phthalo turquoise to the original triad of colours and of course white. It’s a different kind of outcome but I’m excited to play with these colours again tomorrow. It was brilliant being at Tapeley again and of course making the most of being in the sunshine with my wonderful Monday morning class and the delights of the The Tea Rooms at Tapeley Park May also have been explored!
