It was so good to be be at the Pier House celebrating the first month being completed. the weather wasn't the best but mostly because it was windy. we were able to shelter from the wind on the Top terrace, protected by the glass screens. It was good having access to coffee and cake as well. That always helps when painting out is a bit tough! The wind was bonkers but the glass screens completely protected us. Everyone made great paintings. It feels very good to have completed the first month. This weather must be the hardest of the year in many ways. Something about January and February that feels quite hard any way. I’m beginning to realise what a huge project it is that I have taken on!
